Biden Runs Into 50-Strong GOP And Manchin Wall – The Senate Backs Challenge To Block Joe’s Mandate
The courts temporarily blocked Biden's vaccine mandate but, when will they decide the case? What are they waiting for? People are losing their jobs over it . . .

What’s Happening:
If Joe Biden thought he had total control over Congress, he was dreaming. Since entering the White House, he has been unable to manhandle our legislature as much as he wanted. He has struggled to get his radical spending bill passed. And now, it appears a group of senators are ready to revolt.
We have fifty Republican senators ready to pass a resolution that will freeze Joe in his tracks. But, with just 50 votes, they won’t be able to pass it on their own. Do you think they are out of luck? Not exactly. Because one rebel Democrat is ready to join them. And others might as well.
From Fox News:
All 50 Senate Republicans, led by Sen. Mike Braun, R-Ind., backed a challenge to the vaccine mandate last month under the Congressional Review Act (CRA). That law allows Congress to officially disapprove of an executive branch regulation via a resolution passed through each chamber.
Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., said last week he also supports the Braun resolution.
Republicans can pass a resolution to end Biden’s infamous mandate. According to the Congressional Review Act, Congress can nullify an executive order, simply by passing a resolution in each chamber. Although Republicans don’t control the Senate, at least one Democrat will likely vote with them.
Joe Manchin, a moderate from West Virginia, has offered support for this resolution. He previously condemned Biden’s mandate against private businesses and is likely to vote for this bill. Another Democrat who might join them is Kyrsten Sinema, another moderate from a largely conservative state.
A similar bill is being weighed in the House. Republican congress members are pushing for it to be passed. But it is not likely that Pelosi will even bring it to the floor for a vote (she might be scared to see more than a few Democrats willing to vote for it).
It’s no secret that Biden’s approval has tanked since pushing his various mandates. A number of them have been nullified by the courts. Despite this, Biden has still tried to force companies to obey. A measure by Congress, however, will ban these mandates with the weight of the law.
But if this measure manages to pass in the House and Senate, it still could be vetoed by Biden himself. But let him. Let the country see how far Biden will go to block measures that protect our constitutional rights. Let the country see the exact number of congressmen willing to fight to preserve the United States.
And let them see how much of an enemy of our freedoms Biden has become.
Key Takeaways:
Republican senators are drafting a bill to end Biden’s mandates.
Democrat Joe Manchin is likely to vote for the resolution as well.
Biden has faced increasingly terrible approval polls since pushing his mandate.

Ineptocracy
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
