Nancy Pelosi Makes ‘Founding Fathers’ Claim – The Speaker Say Filibustering Voting Rights Puts ‘Tears In Their Eyes’
The thing that would bring tears to the eyes of our founding fathers is the destruction of our republic that radical Democrats are committing right now . . .

What’s Happening:
Democrats are still reeling from their failure to pass radical election changes. Joe Biden and his cronies in D.C. tried to pass a set of bills that would have made stopping voting fraud impossible.
To do that, they wanted to erase another safeguard called the filibuster, a rule that prevents a party’s runaway agenda in the Senate.
For some reason, Nancy Pelosi (not a member of the Senate) felt it necessary to shame those lawmakers who refused to go along with this scheme. She not only criticized Republicans for rejecting their agenda but the few moderate Democrats sane enough to block Joe.
Pelosi makes a wild claim about the left’s election-rigging scheme. She even invoked the name of a cherished American leader.
From Biz Pac Review:
“It’s just the filibuster in the way. So, in a way, if you really, truly want to honor Dr. King, don’t dishonor him by using a Congressional custom as an excuse for protecting our democracy. We have no right to honor this family, to visit the monument,” Pelosi continued in her speech.
“Imagine, 30 – someone 36 years old, left this earth in such a way that he has a monument on the Mall along with Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson. All of them with tears in their eyes for the departure from our democracy that is happening right now – unless the truth is acknowledged and this legislation is passed,” she asserted.
I guess it’s pretty trendy among Democrats to exploit the memory of Dr. King to push their toxic agenda. Pelosi, like Biden and other liberals, tried to connect the work of this Civil Rights hero with her party’s attempt at hijacking our elections.
She even went as far as to claim our founding fathers have “tears in their eyes,” because Democrats couldn’t pass a set of bills that would have destroyed our elections.
Pelosi whined about the filibuster, calling it a “congressional custom.” Oh, really? Do you mean that “custom” which protects the integrity of the Senate and gives a voice to the minority party?
A custom, by the way, that Democrats used just days ago to block a bill sponsored by a Republican? Right, that’s just a meaningless custom—that Democrats use all the time, but want to toss aside when it’s not convenient.
Can we honestly call Nancy Pelosi a leader at this point? She’s been the Speaker twice, yet she seems incapable of motivating lawmakers to action. Instead, she bashes bipartisanship, saying getting the left’s agenda done is more important than both parties working together.
Her rant showed her true colors, as a power-hungry leftist who would rather torch our democracy to ensure her party always wins. The founder fathers do have tears in their eyes. But for an entirely different reason.
Key Takeaways:
Nancy Pelosi went on a rant about the failure of her party’s voting bills.
She invoked the name of MLK and other founding fathers.
The Speaker claimed they would have “tears in their eyes” over the left’s failure.

A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
