One day people will look back at this barbaric practice and marvel that human beings can be so collectively savage as to kill babies in the womb . . .

What’s Happening:
With the Supreme Court enjoying a conservative majority (thanks to Trump), we might be seeing major changes to our society. Right now, the court is deciding on two cases addressing pro-life laws out of Texas and Mississippi. How they rule could end Roe v. Wade, outlawing abortion at the federal level.
Democrats are panicking. But Republicans are getting bolder. With a 6-3 conservative majority, the court has enough justices to give pro-life Americans a historic victory. Perhaps that’s why an attorney general out of Arizona took a recent law to the highest court—all to protect special needs children.
From Washington Examiner:
Arizona’s attorney general asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to allow a Republican-sponsored abortion law to go into effect, which bans abortions performed due to fetal genetic conditions such as Down syndrome or other abnormalities…
The law bans abortions performed “solely because of a genetic abnormality of the child,” such as cystic fibrosis or Down syndrome, unless a specific abnormality is considered lethal.
“Every society will ultimately be judged by how it treats its most vulnerable,” Brnovich tweeted Tuesday. “I am proud to stand up for Arizona’s law protecting the unborn.”
Mark Brnovich, Attorney General of Arizona, petitioned the Supreme Court to take up a pro-life law out of the state. The law prohibits abortions over genetic conditions like Down syndrome or cystic fibrosis. Because of the many similar cases being brought before the court, Brnovich could be hoping he’d get a response.
It’s a dirty little secret that many doctors recommend ending a pregnancy if it is discovered that the child could have a genetic condition. Activists that represent special needs Americans have fought against these practices, saying they discriminate against Americans with disabilities.
But, like all restrictions against this practice, the left has refused to budge an inch. Democrats fight to preserve this practice more than anything else. It seems they care more about it than the welfare of minorities, women, or the LGBT. Odd, since so many Americans detest the practice and want it outlawed for good.
It’s unclear if the Supreme Court will take up this case. The request was made to Justice Elena Kagan, who is responsible for that region. But, given she is a liberal justice, she might not bother to grant their request.
But that doesn’t change the rulings the court will give in the coming months. Which could end up allowing this law to stand.
Key Takeaways:
Arizona’s AG petitioned the Supreme Court over a pro-life law from the state.
The law, which was blocked by a federal judge, outlaws abortion over genetic conditions.
Special needs activists have fought against such practices, as they discriminate against Americans.

Ineptocracy
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
