Swing State Judge Drops Gavel on Election Integrity – Ballot Harvesting, Drop Boxes Get Banned In WI
Some states are ensuring our elections integrity, making it harder to commit fraud while making it easier to vote. This is NOT voter suppression . . .

The question of election integrity remains an important one for most Americans. And it will continue to be a top priority as we enter the 2022 midterm elections.
Many states are examining their voting laws, and some are looking to make changes. Others are trying to uphold existing laws.
And in Wisconsin, a judge just made a critical decision.
For years now, many voiced their concerns with certain election and voting processes, including ballot boxes and ballot harvesting.
At the same time, Democrats and Republicans continue to fight over voting rights, which includes the non-citizen voting controversy.
As for the swing state of Wisconsin, one judge is making the law very clear for all residents.
It’s bound to annoy most Democrats, but Republicans and Conservative citizens are celebrating what they call a victory for election integrity.
Via The Daily Wire:
A Waukesha County judge ruled Thursday that ballot drop boxes cannot be used in the state of Wisconsin, asserting that the Wisconsin Elections Commission has ‘no authority’ to permit the drop boxes.
‘It’s all good and nice, but there’s no authority to do it,’ said Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren.
Judge Bohren responded to a lawsuit filed by voters, which were represented by the conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL).
The judge also stopped something else: outsiders can’t return a voter’s absentee ballot for them.
As the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported, this means that no political group can pick up ballots for voters, which many have pushed back against.
It wasn’t a common practice in the state, but this ruling means it can’t happen at all.
It was also confirmed that “no person may receive a ballot from or give a ballot to a person other than the election official in charge.”
And there can be no ballot dropped off in a drop box anywhere in Wisconsin.
Prior to this event, there were around 500 drop boxes throughout the state, which ultimately collected many thousands of ballots in the 2020 election.
Said WILL Deputy Counsel Luke Berg:
The guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission on absentee ballot drop boxes was unlawful.
There are just two legal methods to cast an absentee ballot in Wisconsin: through the mail or in-person at a clerk’s office.
And voters must return their own ballots. We are pleased the court made this clear, providing Wisconsin voters with certainty for forthcoming elections.
This is a major event in the ongoing battle concerning election integrity and voting rights, and we might see similar rulings in other states.
Key Takeaways:
A Wisconsin judge banned drop boxes and ballot harvesting in the state.
Judge Bohren said there is “no authority to do it,” concerning drop boxes.
Conservative counsel Luke Berg said this gives voters “certainty for forthcoming elections.”

Ineptocracy
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
