Trump Judge to Rule in Meadows Case Soon
Of course discussions between the president and his chief of staff about anything the president is considering is confidential according to federal law. That makes this case so improper and bizarre.

The first domino is about to fall in the Trump Georgia election case.
Former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows went before the court to try to have his case severed and moved to a federal court, reported, The Hill.
If he is successful, it will be the first of many cases to take this approach.
Just Doing My Job
Meadows was one of 19 defendants named in the Georgia election case by Fani Willis, who is the prosecuting attorney for Fulton County.
Meadows took the stand to defend himself, insisting that everything he did would be considered along the lines of the normal duties of a Chief of Staff for a president.
Judge Steve Jones heard the arguments.
Lee Kovarsky, a law professor at the University of Texas, stated, “If Jones does permit Meadows to remove, it won’t be on the strength of Meadows’s legal argumentation. It will be because of the atmospherics of the case.
“And because it will be because of the atmospherics of the case, it seems likely that he would also permit Trump to remove, notwithstanding the specifics of the legal argument.”
Meadows’ attorneys argued, “[B]ased on the Notice of Removal and the record before the Court, each one of these charged acts has a sufficient connection to Mr. Meadow’s official duties to support removal.
“But based on the black-letter law outlined above, the Court need not reach that conclusion to permit removal. If the Court finds that any charged conduct relates to Mr. Meadow’s official duties, that is the end of the inquiry; removal must be permitted.”
Everyone is watching this case because if Meadows’ motion fails, it likely means that he will stand trial in Fulton County, and his chances of getting out of that courtroom with a "not guilty" verdict are pretty slim.
The same can be said for every other defendant in the case, as Fulton County will not be their friend.
If, however, he is able to remove the case, the domino effect will be in play for just about every defendant in the case, and then Fani Willis’ entire case will start to fall apart.
We will keep our ears peeled for a decision and report it as soon as it comes in.

Ineptocracy
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers
.
Only the liberal loons believe any of the charges against Trump of the others have merit.
Any judge that would allow this sham to continue is part of the problem, not the solution.
