Trump takes Mar-a-Lago raid case to the Supreme Court
Is our Supreme Court too cowardly to consider this lawsuit? You decide . . .

Former President Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court Tuesday to step in to his dispute with the Justice Department over classified records removed in August from his Mar-a-Lago resort by the FBI.
In a nearly 300-page filing, the 45th president’s attorneys asked the justices to stay an earlier ruling by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that allowed the Justice Department to continue using documents marked as classified in the criminal investigation of whether Trump violated federal law relating to custody of government records.
Florida US District Judge Aileen Cannon had ordered the appointment of a neutral third party, known as a special master, to review the thousands of documents and determine whether they were covered by attorney-client privilege, executive privilege, or other protections. The appeals court’s order removed the more than 100 classified documents from the special master’s review pile.

Ineptocracy
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers

I am doubtful SOCTUS will take up the case. They have already proven to be inept when matters of election integrity and Trump are concerned. Why would they start now?
The true tragedy of the 2020 election cycle, aside from the fraud, was SCOTUS's failure to stay the election results until a complete honest investigation could be completed. That would have served to a) satisfy the election fraud suspicions, b) expose election vulnerabilities, c) certify the true winner of the election, and d) maintain and restore voters confidence in the voting system. SCOTUS failed the people in the worst way possible. Shame on them.
